1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the DiamondOar platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the service.

2. Service Description

DiamondOar is an enterprise jewellery ERP platform operated by Pepulux. The service includes, but is not limited to:

• Inventory and stock management
• Point of Sale (POS) billing
• Pawn management and Kadan tracking
• Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
• Financial reporting and ledgers
• Multi-branch synchronization
• Hardware integrations
• Velora AI assistance

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate business information when registering. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Business accounts are owned by the legal entity that registered them.

4. Subscription & Billing

Services are provided on a monthly or annual subscription basis. Setup fees may apply for certain plans or data migrations. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. Failed payments may result in restricted access. Unless stated otherwise, prices exclude applicable taxes.

5. Trial Access

Demo or trial access may have feature limitations. We provide no production guarantees or Service Level Agreements (SLAs) during trial periods.

6. Acceptable Use

Users must not engage in:

• Abuse or fraud
• Unauthorized access to other accounts
• Reverse engineering the platform
• Illegal activities or trading illicit goods
• Misuse of AI features
• Excessive automated API abuse or scraping

7. Data & Ownership

You retain full ownership of all business data you input into the system. DiamondOar processes this data solely to provide the ERP service to you, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. AI Assistant (Velora)

Velora AI responses are assistive in nature. Business users must independently verify all AI outputs. The AI assistant does not provide certified legal, tax, or accounting advice.

9. Hardware & Integrations

DiamondOar may integrate with barcode scanners, receipt/label printers, weighing scales, and messaging providers (like WhatsApp). Compatibility may vary based on your specific hardware models, and we do not guarantee functionality with unsupported devices.

10. Availability & Support

We target high availability but may perform planned maintenance with prior notice. Support is provided through our official channels.

11. Termination

You may cancel your service at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for Terms of Service violations, severe abuse, or prolonged unpaid invoices.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DiamondOar and Pepulux shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the service.

13. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Colombo, Sri Lanka.
